Bike adventures for everyone

Action-packed single trails, scenic bike tours and excellent service make the Kitzbühel Alps a true paradise for all those who like to travel on two wheels. For ambitious mountain bikers, the Kitzbüheler Horn's summit (1,996 m) is on the agenda. From Brixen im Thale it is about 20 kilometres with 1,000 metres of altitude difference that will make your calf muscles burn. If you prefer descents rather than ascents, you can tackle one of the eight single trails. The Fleckalm Trail is one of Tyrol's "Great Trails" and promises extra-long downhill fun with more than 7 kilometres (7,1 km, 1,100 metres of altitude). Tip: The Kitzbühel Alps Trail Card includes eight lifts, making the starting points of the single trails easily accessible.

A fantastic tour is the Salvenrunde. The moderately difficult trail around the Hohe Salve (1,828 m), the most beautiful panoramic mountain in the Kitzbühel Alps, leads through the villages of Itter, Kirchberg in Tirol, Brixen im Thale and the picturesque Windau Valley, also known as the "Pearl of Westendorf" (63 km, 650 metres of altitude). Tip for E-bikers: along the route there are numerous opportunities to change and recharge batteries. Cyclists and bikers also have to charge their batteries on the KAT Bike - provided you choose the E-njoy variant. The long-distance bike trail to the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps is also available in the Sport+ version for ambitious bikers.

The numerous INTERSPORT Rent shops in the Kitzbühel Alps have the best reputation when it comes to expert and friendly advice, whether it's sales, rental or service!
