Sehr gute Ski für meine Frau, meinen Sohn und mich entsprechend unseres jeweiligen Fahrkönnens. Es ist gelungen, auch für meine Frau trotz ihrer geringen Körpergröße (158cm) noch eine Alternative von einem Tag auf den anderen anzubieten. Dieser Service, die Beratung und das insgesamt gute Material hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Ich hatte am ersten Tag leider einen Ski Unfall . Die Ausrüstung war jedoch für zwei Tage . Ohne Probleme konnten wir die Ausrüstung am nächsten Morgen zurück bringen & haben sogar unser Geld wieder bekommen! Absolut empfehlenswert. Personal sehr sehr zuvorkommend !

Some of the staff were more knowledgeable and helpful than others, but some excellent knowledge and assistance when you get the right person. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that not all staff are the same experience. The skis I had were great, but my 13yo enjoyed trying different skis and swapping throughout our trip depending on our plans for the day and the conditions.

Some personal where very passionate about their hobby/work and resulted in a very honest and good service. Others where not that pleasent. Not rude but definatly not nice. When you ask for wifi when there is no connection in the shop for the payment, you open up your wifi and there is “intersport_guest” and they answer with no we do not have wifi for our customers. Which is not needed but all by all resulted in a not so nice expieriance. Im not breaking down your shop or saying it was a disaster. They were good ski’s but the good ski’s depended on the attitude of the salesmen, wheter they have a good day or not…….

Sehr geehrtes Team der Filiale in Lech. Ich möchte mich noch einmal gerne bei euch bedanken, besonders bei Tomo, Raphael und Andy. Ich ward immer bei uns, becvor es losging, bekamen wir Ratschläge und Hinweise. Es wurden im Vorfeld die richtigen Ski reserviert, geschliffen und gewachst. Unseren Kindern wurde die Skischuhe angepasst bis es passte und wir Meer wieder nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Meiner Frau wurden nach einem Unfall selbstverständlich die verleihkosten erlassen und alle Mitarbeiter haben sich täglich erkundigt wie es ihr geht. Der tägliche Besuch wurde zum Treffen bei Freunden. Wir können den Besuch nur weiter empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen im neächsten Jahr.
