I accidentally booked my skis for the wrong dates at Intersport Axamer Lizum but only realized it after my first day of skiing. I was worried it would be a problem, but the staff were incredibly friendly and handled everything perfectly. No hassle, just excellent service with a smile.

Sehr kompetent und absolut kundenfreundlich. Da ich mir das Schlüsselbein gebrochen habe, war der Urlaub nach zwei Stunden vorbei. Für meine Ausrüstung und die meiner Familie wurde uns daher nur ein Tag berechnet und die restlichen Tage erstattet. Das ist sehr kulant. Da könnte sich das Hotel was abschneiden. Vielen Dank. Je loue mon matériel de ski ici depuis prés de 30 ans et je n'ai jamais rencontré aucun problème. L'équipe est très compétente, rapide même en cas de forte affluence et toujours de bonne humeur. Quant à la qualité du matériel , celui-ci est toujours irréprochable. J'ai hâte de les retrouver l'année prochaine.

The mountain and the stroe were not too crowded. Second time inthe mountain, first renting from you.

Leider kam es vor Ort zu einem Missverständnis, sodass ich nicht die vorab reservierte und bereits vorbereite Ausrüstung erhalten habe. Daher hatte ich zunächst den Ski einer niedrigeren Klasse, musste aber auch nur diese Klasse bezahlen. Das Upgrade noch am gleichen Abend verlief dafür aber sehr reibungslos und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.
