We rented skis, boots and helmets for a family of four. I booked online and enjoyed a welcome 10% discount. We had to get everything fitted before the start of ski school and when we arrived a print out with all the details was waiting for us. We were fitted in no time at all. For my daughter and me the boots weren’t quite right so we went back in the afternoon and they were replaced with better fitting ones, no questions asked. Can definitely recommend this Intersport!

Ich habe kürzlich bei Intersport Skier und Zubehör geliehen und bin absolut begeistert von meinem Erlebnis! Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Der gesamte Prozess verlief schnell und reibungslos, was meinen Skiurlaub von Anfang an perfekt machte.
Besonders beeindruckt war ich von dem Verständnis und der Kulanz des Teams. Aufgrund einer Krankheit musste ich die Ausrüstung früher zurückgeben, und ohne zu zögern, wurde mir ein Teil des Geldes zurückerstattet. Dieser erstklassige Service hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen.

I cannot fault the service and equipment. I booked online (and got an online discount). On arrival we were promptly taken to our locker where everything was waiting for us. We hired Superior Board, Skis, and boots and everything was nearly new and far better quality than I was expecting. I was glad I had hired a locker as it meant we put on warm boots in the morning and could take them off straight away at the end of the day. I would certainly recommend Intersport Rent and will be looking for their other branches when I ski elsewhere.

Both Fabian at Sport Pepi and Aladin at Fleckalmbahn station were great to work with. I had contacted Fabian via phone earlier and he explained everything about how to easily pickup the gear without waiting. At the shop he had all four sets prepared and ready to go. Both guys were very knowledgeable about the high end skies I wanted to try and recommended different models for us every day. We don't rent skies usually, so this was our first experience but we can't say enough good things Intersport Rent. Thank you.
