Hey guys, that was the best ski rental experience I've had. You guys were very organised, you had all the details for the order and everything was ready when we arrived. The boots were the best fit ski boots I've had, very comfortable. The skis were great. You chose the exact right ones for me. Not only were they black as requested but AK is very much my kind of brand. It's like you knew. I thought about buying the skis. They were the right kind of skis for my level. I had a specific wuestion about wichtigste ski would serve my preferences better than my own ski. I got some very professional help for which ski to try. And indeed it worked out.The day after I rented the ski I went back to the shop because my wife had a broken skiing shoe. The man who served us took all the time to explain the specifics of the different shoes. He knew all the details. Because of that I asked him the same question for my ski's. I got an even more professional explanation about what to choose and why. Finally we came to the same ski as the day before. I got the payed rent in return and an extremely good price for both ski's and shoes. No better price found on the internet in any country.

Die Beratung durch SEMMEL und die anderen war top. Ich wollte eigentlich nur mal Skischuhe mit BOA testen und war sehr begeistert. Nach dem Testtag hat er mir die Skischuhe (als neue Schuhe) direkt zum Kauf angeboten und ich habe zugeschlagen. So wurde aus einem Testtag ein Tag mit neuen Skischuhen.

Bei dem von mir geliehenen Snowboard ist an der hinteren Bindung der vordere Riemen gerissen. Dafür muss ich leider 2 Sterne abziehen. Zusätzlich wäre es sehr wünschenswert Ausrüstung auch für einen halben oder eineinhalb Tage mieten zu können. Gerade wenn man nur einen Nachmittag fahren/leihen kann verzichte ich sonst eher auf einen Materialtest.

Ich bin mit dem Service hinsichtlich Komfort, Geschwindigkeit und Qualität sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, 3 verschiedene Skimodelle zu testen. Die Skier wurden jedes Mal präpariert und der Besuch dauerte 3 Minuten. Ich kann diesen Verleih in Obertauern uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very competent and fast. The rental process was smooth and I loved that I could change the equipment with zero hassles. For instance, I found I chose boots that were a little too tight, and they helped me find another pair, or that day the snow was slushy and I changed my skis for a more suitable pair in another shop in the ski area, super handy. The store is very well equipped and offers many alternatives and flexibility to customers. I rented a helmet and at the end of the day I decided to buy a helmet from the store and I had no difficulty in returning the rented helmet and using the rental credit to reduce the cost. A friend had a problem with his leg and had no difficulty in canceling 3 days of equipment rental. The store is therefore very fair.
