Bei dem von mir geliehenen Snowboard ist an der hinteren Bindung der vordere Riemen gerissen. Dafür muss ich leider 2 Sterne abziehen.
Zusätzlich wäre es sehr wünschenswert Ausrüstung auch für einen halben oder eineinhalb Tage mieten zu können. Gerade wenn man nur einen Nachmittag fahren/leihen kann verzichte ich sonst eher auf einen Materialtest.

Ich bin mit dem Service hinsichtlich Komfort, Geschwindigkeit und Qualität sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, 3 verschiedene Skimodelle zu testen. Die Skier wurden jedes Mal präpariert und der Besuch dauerte 3 Minuten. Ich kann diesen Verleih in Obertauern uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very competent and fast. The rental process was smooth and I loved that I could change the equipment with zero hassles.
For instance, I found I chose boots that were a little too tight, and they helped me find another pair, or that day the snow was slushy and I changed my skis for a more suitable pair in another shop in the ski area, super handy.

The experience was very well organized and professional-everyone made sure I got the right skis. I switched them after the second day, and they were perfect. I also really appreciated that someone always greeted me when I walked thru the retail store to return my skis at the end of the day.. I'd definitely rent skis from you again next year!! The store is very well equipped and offers many alternatives and flexibility to customers. I rented a helmet and at the end of the day I decided to buy a helmet from the store and I had no difficulty in returning the rented helmet and using the rental credit to reduce the cost. A friend had a problem with his leg and had no difficulty in canceling 3 days of equipment rental. The store is therefore very fair.

Ich bin total begeistert. Ich habe für 3 Personen gebucht für 3 Tage. Wir konnten am Vortag die Skier schon holen. Aufgrund körperlicher Gebrechen konnten 2 von uns die Buchung erstmal nur für einen Tag umbuchen. Nach dem ersten erfolgreichen Tag auf den brettern haben wir 2 weitere Tage gebucht. Eine Person konnte aber leider nicht weiterfahren, und hat die 2 Tage wieder gutgeschrieben bekommen.
Die Jungs und Mädels sind super zuvorkommend, freundlich und geduldig! Alles problemlos und ohne Diskussionenen abgewickelt! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit auf dem Gletscher!

Very nice experience, thank you! Only the drop-off of the ski's was quite chaotic. One employee was collecting all the boots without scanning and said it was "OK". When returning my ski's and sticks at the counter another employee told me to find my boots again so he could scan them. For the rest all good!

Equipment is a bit expensive in my opinion, but all worked well, and we were both pleased with our skis/bindings and poles, and my son's ski boots.
I don't ski very often, so cannot justify purchasing my own so rental has to be the way to go. I was pleased with how quick the shop queue vanished, and the speed and professional service of the workforce in Intersport.
