Fabulous service from the whole team. Thank you! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who went above and beyond to make our experience great. Thomo was a huge help. Really friendly (being a Geordie) and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt in very good and capable hands in getting sorted out with the right equipment and also in buying some new boots. That isn't to ignore Theodor and his other colleague (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) who were also really helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Sondern eben auch SEHR FREUNDLICH und außerordendlich schnell sowie unkompliziert.

Superb rental experience - best ski hire experience I have had after 20 years renting in the Alps.

Euer Service war mega! Bei Abholung war alles vorbereitet, die Ausleihe ging sehr schnell. Am letzten Leihtag konnten wir leider aufgrund eines technischen Defekt die Eisgratbahn nicht nutzen und damit auch nicht die Leihausrüstung aus dem Depot Eisgrat nutzen. Für euch war es selbstverständlich, dass wir im Gamsgarten für den letzten Tag eine Leihausrüstung bekamen. So geht 100% Kundenservice, vielen vielen vielen Dank dafür!!!! Ihr macht euren Job sehr gut !!!!!! Einfach toll !!!!!!

Outstanding service was provided by the staff both for hiring ski equipment and subsequently for buying ski boots for two of our party.
Three of our party also bought customised boot insoles. The staff took great care with all aspects to ensure we were happy with our hire and purchases. The hire process was very quick and efficient and we stored our skis and boots in the shop (basement of Hotel Bergland) which was so convenient.
