Ich bewerte hier ihr team im Hotel A-Rosa. Thomas und sein Kollege sind herzliche und professionelle Leute. Vor den Ferien hatten wir nur Probleme mit der Reservierung. Hatten angerufen und uns wurde verbal bestätigt dass unser equipment reserviert sei. Thomas hat uns bei Ankunft erklärt dass nur online reservierungen möglich sind. Er hatte das Problem aber sehr schnell gelöst und wir hatten alle drei sehr gutes Material. Nächstes Jahr werden wir online reservieren. Nochmals einen grossen Dank für alles Franz

Super gutes Personal, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Fand es sehr positiv das der Verkäufer mich beraten hat und nicht versuchte mir mit aller Macht etwas zu verkaufen. Ich hätte gerne eine neue Bindung für meine Monoski bei Ihnen gekauft, das werde ich wohl das nächste mal gemacht. Danke für den super Service.

Der Mitarbeiter war äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Die geliehenen Skier waren entweder im absoluten Topzustand oder sogar neu. Preis / Leistung war sehr gut. Ich werde sicher wieder auf diese Angebot zurückkommen.
