Bikemiete INTERSPORT Glacier Zermatt Zermatt

Glacier Sport was awesome, we had a change in our plans at the end of our trip and they worked with us. I had to exchange my skis as the first pair were good skis but too heavy for my knees, took it back and exchanged for swiss skis that were black and white these skis were awesome. Probably the best skis I have ever rented and we come pretty much every year. I liked them so much I asked if they would remain on our account so when we come back perhaps I might get lucky and find something similar. Your staff was excellent and our trip to ski was made better by the experience.

We were poorly helped by an incompetent man who spoke poor English and offered me a shoe that was too small because he had not kept the right size aside. I decided to cancel the rental and he informed me that I had to send an email to get my money back. I didn't trust that so I went to the owner of the store and explained what was going on. He intervened and eventually found the right shoe. (Thank you!!) But thereafter, the first man gave me also the wrong skis. Luckily I was able to exchange the skis a day later. In short: not recommended to rent skis at Intersport Glacier Sport in Bahnhofstrasse in Zermatt

The staff were knowledgeable and polite. Only suggestion is that I would have liked to return my skis to the Ambassador Hotel location vs having to walk into town.
