Great service, making no quibbles when I came back after Day 1 to change my skis. Handily placed for the bus, train and Jungfrau railway.

Hello, so glad I found Intersport. I had booked ahead online for demo skis and packed my own gear. Sadly, our luggage was delayed and we were unable to ski on the Friday when we arrived. Thankfully I had booked from Friday to Sunday, so we were able to get skis for Saturday and Sunday. Your team was so helpful. We explained our situation to Elizabeth in the store at Gindelwald Terminal and she was so gracious helping us find and hold gear in case our bags did not arrive in time for Saturday. Hopefully you can pass along our appreciation to her. Fortunately the gear did arrive. We were able to test to very nice skis, Volkl RaceTiger SL, Volkl Peregrin, and Stokli AS. Thank you again for making part of a stressful trip very pleasant.
