Absolutely excellent, professional and friendly service. I was listened to, and the gear was in decent shape. On the second day I was asked for feedback and due to that feedback, I got a different snowboard, which made an enormous difference in riding the snowboard that day. There was basically nothing wrong with the first snowboard but could have been a bit stiffer due to the new snow. "Okay is not a good enough" I was told :) Extra thanks to Alex and Felix(?) at the Gamsgaten Bergstation Intersport at Stubaier Gletscher. They set a high bar for customer service in any business. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
